This forum features a robust learning agenda designed to strengthen leadership and collaborative problem-solving through the work of Luci Englert McKean from National School Reform Faculty and protocols. We will also have breakout sessions on grant management, asynchronous programming, teacher leadership pathways, preventing burnout with Jennifer Rafferty, the integration of AI tools, and implementing the Portrait of a Graduate framework.
